Probooker, the key product from Do IT Online Limited, offer highly functional reservation sofwtare to the hotel and student accommodation management sectors. The sectors are very competitive and the initial aim was to showcase the Probooker brand across the web in the shortest time possible thereby providing the client with a strong foundation from which to further develop their gobal brand. The project required the development of two main websites and also involved use of social networking, PPC and other search engine marketing techniques including our own special keyword website development technique which has proved incredibly successfull in driving traffic, and therefore, business to the client. Obstacles to overcome
Probooker is a product that sits within a very competetive marketplace comprised of typical market leaders and smaller, long-term industry names with a proven longevity and client base. Our aim was therefore to clearly identify the particular strengths of the Probooker product and ensure that the message to visitors and prospects is very clear in this regard. Another goal was to ensure that the website appeared uncluttered and that propects should be driven to contact the company as soon as possible after landing on the website.
With two distinct products, one issue was making it clear that each product was different and catered for a different requirement. The website needed to be clearly split into the two products whilst still showcasing the overall one brand of Probooker.
There is a lot of potential content needed to fully explain the product. Rather than weighing the website down with bumph that a visitor will trypically not read, we felt that more emphasis would be driven towards getting the visitor to either directly contact the company or to arrange a demonstration.
Success
Probooker, within a very short term, has managed to find its way within the major search engines and indeed dominates the search engines on many of the products key words and phrases helping to deliver brand exposure, traffic, enquiries and sales.
